Curry Chicken Salad Recipe Type: SaladsCuisine: CaliforniaServes: 8-10Prep Time: 20 minsCook Time: 30 mins Ingredients Salad3 Bags Chicken Breast 2 Tbs Chicken Paste Mix 2 Cups Chopped Parsley 6 Green Apples Peeled and Chopped 2 Cups Diced Red Onion Dressing3-4 Cups Mayonnaise6 Tbs Marmalade1 1/2 Tbs Salt1 Tbs White Pepper3 Tbs Curry Powder Directions Cook in pan with water covering chicken
Add the chicken paste. Do not cook longer than 30min or until done
Cool chicken and chop in uniform 1/2 inch cubes
After chopping onions 1/3 inch, Immerse onions in hot water then drain completely so no water is left, This seals the onion so it doesn’t become soggy and watery in the salad as it sits
Peel and chop apples in 1/3 inch
On salad dressing, mix all ingredients together and well. Not in a food processor
Mix all salad ingredients together with dressing gently and completely.
